Returns & Exchange Policy

  • The items should be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons.
  • The product should have the original packaging and tags in place. Items without the original tags will not be accepted
  • Return/Exchange request that are not raised within 3 days of receiving the product would not be accepted.
  • The product should be sent to us within 5-7 days after the return or exchange request is approved
  • Products bought during sale are non-refundable and will not be exchanged
  • Exchanges or returns will only be processed after discussion on email. Any outfits sent to our store without prior discussion on mail will not be accepted and would have to be picked up by the customer.
  • Please note that products once exchanged are not eligible for a second exchange or return.
  • All exchange/return requests must be communicated via email.

Cancellation Policy

Incase there is an order cancellation, please do so before it is shipped. Shipping charges are non-refundable once the order is dispatched.
