Exchanges and Returns FAQ

Which products are eligible for exchange?

All our garments are eligible for exchanges or returns, subject to conditions. Some product descriptions may contain information regarding inventory and exchange/return policy, which will be applicable for that particular product.

How can I exchange or return my order?

If you'd like to exchange or return your outfit, please write to us at clothe.india@gmail.com with your order number and reason for exchange/return within 3 days of receiving your order. Our team will get back to you with the exchange/return procedure. Please follow the steps and ship the product back to us within the timeline stated.

Can I visit the studio/store for processing an exchange or return?

We only process exchanges and returns via email. Write to us at orders@clothe.official with your order number and reason for exchange/return within 3 days of receiving your order.

Do you offer credit notes or refund for returns?

All our products are made-to-order just for you. As a policy, we do not offer cash refunds. A credit note will be issued with a validity period of six months.

How many times can I exchange a product?

Products exchanged once will not be exchanged a second time. Please select the correct size at the time of exchange, or reach out to us for assistance with sizing.

Can I exchange a product for a custom-sized outfit?

Please email us at clothe.india@gmail.com with your order number and body measurements and we can help you with a custom-sized piece. Additional charges may be applicable.

International orders

International orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Shipping FAQ

What is the timeline for shipping and delivery?

Shipping within India is INR 150 irrespective of the number of products. Free shipping on order values above INR 4500.We usually deliver all orders within 7-10 working days (subject to weather and COVID restrictions). Some products have delay intimation mentioned on the product page itself, the timeline will not be applicable to them.If you’d like to have your order delivered around a particular date, you can get in touch with us at orders@clothe.official Charges may be applicable.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an automated e-mail with the tracking details of your order. You can also track your order here —------------------------------------ Please note that any delays caused in delivery due to logistical issues are not in our control and we are not responsible for the same.

Are there any shipping or COD charges?

We have a flat shipping cost of INR 150 pan India applicable to your order if the final cart value is below INR 4500. Above INR 4500, shipping within India is free. International shipping cost is INR 6500 worldwide irrespective of order value. Cash on Delivery is not available as a payment method.

International orders

International shipping is INR 6500 anywhere in the world. Delivery timeline is between 3-4 weeks. Any custom charges have to be borne by the customer.

Can I cancel my order?

In case of cancellation, please mail us within 12 hours of placing the order. Cancellations after this period would be contingent on the status of the order. In case of cancellation, credit note of the full order value will be mailed to you, with a validity period of six months.

Where can i find the size chart on the website?

The size chart is mentioned above the size drop-down menu on every product page

I need to change product size or delivery details

In case of any changes in your order, please mail us at clothe.india@gmail.com within 24 hours of placing the order.

I fall in between sizes and I'm not sure which size to choose

If you fall between sizes and don't wish to customize, please select the larger size, or reach out to our customer care team to know the exact garment measurements before ordering.

Does the size chart depict body measurement or garment measurement?

The size chart on the product page mentions body measurements. The garment measurements may differ from the body measurements depending on the silhouette. In case of any doubts regarding the garment measurement, our chat support can help you, or you can reach out to us at clothe.india@gmail.com

Sale FAQ

Can I exchange products purchased on sale?

Products purchased on sale are final sale and hence not eligible for exchanges. In case of any defect in production, a replacement will be processed for the piece.

Can I club my discount code/credit note with the sale code?

Only one code at a time can be applied for an order. Discount codes or credit notes cannot be combined with sale offers.

How do I Properly care for my products?

Each of our pieces are handmade to order with love and we hope you cherish them just as much. All the embroideries, buttons, coins and details are one-of-a-kind, stitched by hand and require delicate care.

Garment care

Most of our pieces are made in dyed cotton, linen, silk, crepe, georgette. All our pieces are colour-tested, and we recommend dry cleaning for best results. Avoid soaking or drying under direct sun, as it leads to colour-bleeding and fading over time. After dry cleaning first few times, our pieces can be hand-washed separately in cold water using mild detergent and dried in the shade. With love and proper care, our handcrafted pieces can last longer and happier.
